Role Overview:

- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity creation across product portfolios.
- Manage brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the development of branding assets, including packaging, advertising, and digital materials.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and optimise strategies for better results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in agrochemical branding.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Branding Manager or similar role in FMCG, pharmaceutical, chemical, or agrochemical industries (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and market dynamics in the specified sectors.
- Exceptional creative and analytical skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
